Welcome to your high-end music studio in the heart of Cologne, Germany.

Our facilities span over 220qm and include a main studio with two attached recording rooms, plus a second production studio featuring a modular vocal booth. Both studios house a curated selection of high-end analog gear, microphones, and instruments. Two lounge areas, complete with specialty coffee, teas, and a variety of drinks, round out the boutique experience and ensure you can work comfortably and efficiently.

Studio A features state-of-the-art acoustics, flush-mounted ATC SCM 110 monitoring with VOVOX wiring, and Dangerous Music conversion for unparalleled clarity. An array of high-end vintage and modern analog gear—carefully selected to capture every sonic detail—lines the control room.

Two attached recording rooms offer ethernet-controlled headphone cue mixes and a wide range of premium microphones. Within these spaces, you’ll find vintage and modern instruments such as a Yamaha CP-70, Wurlitzer 200A, Rhodes Suitcase, Yamaha U3 Upright Piano, multiple Moog synthesizers, a Prophet, a Korg Polysix, and a Hammond Organ with Leslie. Everything is designed to provide flexibility and inspiration for your recording sessions.

Studio B.

The B Suite

Our B Suite offers a closer environment furnished with HEDD 20 MKII and HEDD 07 MKII monitors, complemented by top-tier preamps, compressors, and immediate entry to the identical microphone locker employed in Studio A. This suite also boasts a 120-year-old grand piano and a modular vocal booth, making it perfect for songwriting, production, and vocal recording. Should you need extra gear or instruments, we can supplement the room on demand. In addition, Studio B can be rearranged and rented as a podcast space, offering even more versatility for creators.

deafBird Studios offers two inviting lounges and a kitchen to help you unwind between sessions.

Lounge One: Equipped with an 86” television, a PlayStation 5, a fridge stocked with cold drinks, and plenty of space for co-working or collaboration. Lounge Two: Connected to the kitchen, featuring a record player and multiple seating options for relaxed conversations or project brainstorming. Kitchen: Outfitted with a Rocket Espresso portafilter machine, batch brew, and pour-over setup, plus a curated selection of high-quality teas and ceremonial-grade matcha.

Across the entire studio, enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi, 24/7 climate control, and automatic air circulation in every room. These amenities ensure that both you and your collaborators remain comfortable and productive at all times.
